Woman Picking Nuts (aka Olive Picking), c.1953

A design produced for Ernest Cooper's London Health Centre Ltd. Although exhibited as 'Olive picking' as one of '7 designs for tailpieces in a catalogue' at Worthing in 1972, the shape of the leaves makes it more likely that it is nuts that are being gathered. It is is not known in exactly what catalogue this drawing was used.
